Zerobubble is looking for a skilled and motivated Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of electronic and IT equipment including POS systems, cash registers, and cash-handling machines for both client and rental setups.We’re seeking a detail-oriented technician with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Duties:
-Install and configure cash registers, POS systems, and cash-handling machines for rental and client setups.
-Maintain and repair electronic and IT equipment to ensure reliable performance.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues onsite or remotely.
-Prepare, test, and inspect equipment before and after hire to ensure quality and readiness.
-Provide technical support and clear communication to customers during installations and service calls.
-Maintain accurate service and equipment records, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in repairing, servicing, and supporting POS systems, cash registers, or IT hardware.
-Strong understanding of digital and analog electronics, circuit diagnosis, and electrical schematics.
-Background in retail or commercial service environments.
-Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
-Valid driver’s license.
-Must speak English fluently.
